Following the COVID-19 lock down, System Force I.T, like many other companies, had to make significant improvements to the way we operated as a company and served our clients.
We had a number of clients who needed new hardware for their employees, and we were faced with the task of locating computers, headphones, and webcams as global supplies ran out.
Our team not only assisted all of our customers, but we also provided remote support to clients who needed assistance. During lock-down, our technicians were also available for site support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which we are very proud of.
We didn’t furlough anyone either, and strengthened the team by adding new staff members!
We are thankful to our customers who have trusted in us to support them before, during, and after the lock-down; it has been a great team effort from the System Force team and we couldn’t have done it without the help of our partners and customers!
