Yes, selectively. We would rather decline a misfit engagement than take on the wrong client. If what you need isn’t a good fit for how we operate, we’ll tell you honestly during scoping.

What size of business do you typically work with?

Most managed IT engagements are with UK SMEs of 10–250 staff. Smaller organisations and larger businesses may also be a fit depending on requirements. Consumer or home IT enquiries are outside scope.
