A family-run windows and doors manufacturer replaced end-of-life ISDN with cloud-hosted 3CX ahead of the PSTN switch-off, unifying mobile, deskphone, headset and video on one platform, with free inter-site calling and resilience that held through COVID.

Bespoke CCTV and 24/7 remote monitoring
A long-established sheet-metal and machining business needed continuous visibility of automated machinery running around the clock. We designed an expandable, multi-unit CCTV system with remote access from anywhere, and later added a thermal camera during COVID.

Air conditioning that protects staff and a server
A Worcestershire wholesale nursery had an office inside its glasshouses that ran dangerously hot in summer, threatening a business-critical server. We specified and installed a Fujitsu multi-head heat pump that held safe temperatures through a 40°C UK summer.
